LARRC created two versions of the Let’s Know! and Vamos A Aprender! curriculum supplement.
The Group B instantiation targets five lower- and higher-level language skills (grammar, vocabulary, inferencing, comprehension monitoring, text-structure knowledge). There are 5 main lesson types that recur within each unit three or four times: Read To Me; Words To Know; Text mapping; Integration; and Read To Know.
The Group C instantiation targets three lower- and higher-level language skills (vocabulary, inferencing, comprehension monitoring) and provides more practice opportunities on those skills. There are three main lesson types that recur within each unit three or four times: Read To Me; Words To Know; and Integration.
